If you are not satisfied with your online product purchase, please contact us by email at info@elainesspa.ca to advise the reason for the Return Request. Requests must be received in writing within 14 days of shipping date.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns on skin care and makeup products that have been opened, used, damaged, or unsealed.
Returns are only accepted on unused, and unsealed products that are returned in the original packaging. Returns must be received within 14 days of purchase. All packaging must be received in good condition.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
